2021 Fall Pom Clinic Information

2021 Fall Pom Clinic Details:
Clinic Date: Clinic will occur on Saturday, October 2 (from 9am to 11am) at the HS Auxiliary Gym.
Performance Date: Halftime of the Freshman SEP football game on Thursday October 7. Game starts at 6:00. Dancers need to arrive at 5:45.
Who Can Participate? Pom clinic is open to Pre - Kindergarten through 5th grade students.
What is Included? Clinic includes dance instruction, snacks/drink, t-shirt and poms, and the dancer's entry into the football game. If your child has a food allergy that we need to be aware of, please let us know prior to the clinic. Our snack is typically store-bought cookies or crackers, fruit snacks, and a juice box.
Pom Clinic Attire: Wear comfortable clothes any color (dancewear, sweats, shorts, etc.) Tennis shoes or or dance jazz shoes are recommended at the clinic.
Pom Clinic Performance Attire: Clinic T-shirt, black Shorts/sweats/leggings, white socks and tennis shoes will be worn for performance. Many dancers choose to decorate their shirt with rhinestones, ribbons, etc. before the show. This is just fine if you choose to do so, but is also not a requirement.
Football Entry Tickets: Fans wishing to watch the performance will need to purchase a ticket for the football game at the front gate.
Directors: RhythAMetteS coaches, Marianne Peterson, Angie Beenen, Stacey Bouchard, and Becca Templeton will direct the clinic. Members of the award-winning, state, regional, and national champion, Southeast Polk RhythAMetteS dance team will be teaching the dance to the girls the day of the clinic.
